| Registered in South Africa in 2007, Digiaudiovisuals was set up to take care of the needs of clients who wish to have most of their Post Production work done under one roof. We are a newly registered company based in Johannesburg. Though we are small and just starting out, we have our dreams of growing and becoming one of the major players in the industry in the near future. Our positive attitude towards clients, strong belief in working hard, coupled with the years of experience of our personnel in the industry will be our strong point. To be very successful in an industry that requires so much of input to be able to accommodate the ever growing needs of clients with very tight deadlines, has never been easy for anyone and will never be. But we will always do our best and with our capacity, experience and the right result -oriented approach to work, there will be less room for "heart attacks" resulting from TIGHT DEADLINES.....! |
| Alex O. Okoroigwe (Manager, Operations and Technology) A very popular talented musician / recording artiste in Nigeria and the West African sub region, ALEX "O" started out as a singer / performer trainee under Uncle Steve Rhodes, the famous Nigerian Musicologist and Television producer in Lagos, 1983. He later joined Lemmy Jackson Music company and worked as a production assistant, song writer, arranger and voice trainer. Two years later, an opportunity came knocking on his door which later resulted in the release of his first album in 1988 under Polygram Record Label (now Premier Music in Nigeria). This marked the beginning of a dream come true for him and THE REST as they say, is history. By 1994, with four successful albums and a Maxi single that sold about 60 000 copies within the first two months of release, (on Polygram Records label in 1990), several music awards, nationwide live performance tours together with his manager then, (Engr. Ikem Okolue) and the band, his career peaked. |

| Alex then started diversifying his interests and part of this, was to go into Music Video Production and make feature appearances in locally made home videos and feature films. He moved to Singapore but continued with music, doing live performances in night clubs, at corporate functions for companies, Embassies and High Commissions in the country. It was also in Singapore that he studied Digital Film and Video Production and took additional courses in Music and Audio Production Technics.. He relocated to South Africa in 2005. South Africa has an immense pool of talented people, be it acting, writing, singing or dancing.The movie industry has taken off too. So, we believe that we came into the industry at the right time. The Nigerian entertainment market is huge, both in the area of Digital Film, Tv Commercials and Music production. We will therefore, take advantage of its proximity to South Africa, business associates and contacts established over the years to facilitate extending our services to potential clients over there. We are also looking at the possibilities of setting up a branch office in Lagos in the near future. With our years of experience in the business, personnel who have widely travelled to most parts of the world and seen how things are done differently in many different countries, we can say that we do have the capabilities to work hard and propel this new company with great potential, to greater success. |
